Important Announcement - Superior Die Set Corporation Seeks New Owner for Oak Creek Operation
Superior Die Set Corporation is currently working with a strategic buyer for their Oak Creek, Wisconsin operation. Though other parties remain interested in the purchase, the process has reached a stage where we are working exclusively with that buyer to finalize an agreement. The buyer has the necessary expertise and resources to enhance Superior’s operational efficiency, expand capabilities, and further innovate our products and services beyond what we offer today.
This transaction does not affect Superior’s two European facilities which will continue to thrive and serve global demand.
Please be assured that all contracts, orders, and agreements with Superior Die Set Corporation will continue without interruption. We are committed to fulfilling all commitments and conducting business as usual throughout this seamless transition to the future owners! Concurrently, while working towards new ownership and in compliance with the WARN act, we have announced to our employees that, should this purchase not materialize for some reason, Superior Die Set’s Oak Creek factory will be closing on November 20th, 2023. While this is a possibility, our focus and efforts are on transferring ownership to the above-mentioned buyer and continuing the current operations. We will continue our commitment to doing what is best for our customers, employees, and stakeholders.
